ProFormX heavy duty replacement rear shocks for the 2017+newer Yamaha Drive2 Quietech EFI with independent rear suspension. Beef up your rear suspension when adding a rear seat or utility bed to your cart. These rear shocks come with a heavy duty spring and are slightly longer than the OEM shocks to give you more clearance for a 20" tire with a rear seat kit. These shocks will give you approximately 1" of lift on the rear of your cart. These shocks are sold as a set of 2 shocks. 

Fitment:

  • 2017-current Yamaha Drive 2 Quietech models with independent rear suspension
  • Does NOT fit any solid axle models

REAR SHOCKS WORK AMAZING

After watching the quick video that Power Equipment Man has on Youtube, my buddy and I were able to get these shocks installed in about 30 minutes. Amazing upgrade, rear seat passengers no longer make the cart sway or handle poorly. Recommend purchasing and Power Equipment Man ships VERY fast! Thank you

Great Shocks

My Wifes Yamaha Gold Cart with an added rear seat was sitting a little low when we had the grand children hop on. By adding these new shocks it lifted the rear end up about 1.5 inches and gives a beautiful ride. With Power Equipment Man's video I was able to change the shocks out myself with ease. High Quality, Great Shocks!

Major Upgrade for Drive2 Quietech

Swapped my stock shocks for the ProFormX heavy-duty set—night and day difference. No more sagging with passengers or gear, and the ride feels way more stable. Easy install, great build quality, and worth it if you carry extra weight or have a rear seat. Slightly stiffer when empty, but totally worth it.

2022 Drive 2 QuieTech

I purchased these HD shocks after a 3” lift, and 23” tire install. With the stock shocks and my two, 7 & 5 year old, kids on the back seat I was rubbing when driving over medium-ish bumps, even after trimming the side skirts. Bought these HD shocks because just buying the springs was not an option, could not locate them anywhere online. After install and 4 average+ sized adults on the cart and there is no rubbing what so ever. Cart rides great even with just me on there, just a slight difference over stock honestly. Not overly rough at all. Folks say it raised their cart about 1”. I cannot confirm nor deny as I did not measure pre or post install ride height. But likely raised it about 1” or slightly less after springs settled in a bit. If you have a rear seat on your Drive2, Fleet or PTV cart, these are a must have. Even my wife approves.

I have a 2021 Drive 2 Gas and decided to add the rear seat...With current shocks and 20" tires I could seat only one adult on the rear seat...I saw these shocks on YouTube and the installation was a breeze. Now I can seat 4 heavy adults and there is still room for more loading more mass.
