This automotive quality sway bar kit will help stabilize your cart by counteracting body roll/sway. This solid steel sway bar connects to the engine cradle and the frame using heavy duty links and bushings to help keep your cart level and under control. Using this sway bar will allow you to run the softer OEM rear shocks to give you a better ride quality (your spine will thank you).
This kit will fit on the 2007 to 2016 Yamaha Drive G29 (YDRA/YDRE) models in gas or electric. Please select your lift size from the drop down menu. This kit can be modified to fit other sizes of lift kits - please review the installation video for more information so you know what tools/skills are required to complete installation.
This kit will also work on the 2017 and newer Drive2 models with the SOLID REAR AXLE ONLY (does not work the Quietech models with independent rear suspension). However, due to the design of the new mufflers, you will have to bend the tip of the muffler down so it is not blowing hot exhaust directly on the link bushing.

i installed my sway bar on an unlifted cart , i bought 3.5" bolts for the stabalizer mounts seems to be at 90 degrees , definetly helps with body roll , will be taking it camping soon so then we can really test it . only concern is ground clearance 3.5" so i may need to be careful on speed bumps etc .

Worked out perfectly! Had front right wheel lift when turning right, and this sway bar completely eliminated that! It's definitely worth adding on. Great fit and heavy duty!

I recently purchased and installed the Yamaha Drive G29 sway bar kit. I had to purchase longer bolts as the bolts provided did not stick out past the last busing/washer but a simple fix. Although I was not able to achieve the full 90 degree angle the ride has improved significantly. I have a 3 inch Jake's lift kit and the sway used to be horrible. I think the angle of the two brackets was off a little and that caused my degree of angle to be off from the 90 degrees. I am very pleased with the results!!! Thank you!!
